Deleting Recordings

It's safe to say we've all accumulated a number of Zoom recordings in a short period of time, but have you ever taken the time to delete those old recordings you no longer need? Lucky for you, deleting Zoom recordings is quick and simple. 

How do you delete Zoom recordings?

After accessing your recordings in Zoom, select the "More" button next to the recording you want to delete.

 

Next, select the "Delete" button.

  

You will then be prompted to confirm you're ready to move the selected file to the trash.

  

Please note, you are able to select multiple recordings to delete at once. Check the box on the left hand side of each recording, then select the "Delete Selected" button.

  

Whether you prefer to delete each recording one by one or in bulk, it's always good to spend some time eliminating the recordings you no longer need. Deleted recordings are retrievable up to 30 days after deleting, so don't panic if you accidentally delete the wrong recording!
